This is Steve Cook- he’s incredible. 

It always blows my mind when I hear this conversation at the gym:

Smaller guy: Hey man what’s your workout like, like what are you eating, cuz I’m gonna be big like you, been working out consistently for the last month and my six pack (which is really a keg) is starting to come in but what’s your secret?

Fitspo guy: I come to the gym 6 days a week, eat at least 1g of protein per lb body weight, I sleep 8-10 hours, drink a gallon of water, lift heavy, constantly varying my routine, don’t eat any trash, mainly proteins veggies and complex carbs, I focus 100% on my entire body and i have dedicated the last 2+ years to become the best I can be….so yeah that’s about it. 

Smaller guy: oh…………..that’s cool, so a lot of bicep curls right?

Fitspo guy:……..yup, you got it man…..

My roommate, who is a ballerina, said if these did exist no one would wear them. She said they would be very embarrassing hahah. 

I think they’re pretty cool ;]

I would take up ballet just to slap those on my feet…..or maybe I could take em for a run

No Flour Pancake

This is by far the easiest thing i have ever ever made. It was really yummy and with a good protein in it a good fat and some yummy carbs it’s pretty much the perfect way to start the day! (or even a yummy snack too!)

These yummy pancakes only had 3 ingredients.. that’s right 3!

Banana, Peanutbutter (or nut butter of your choice) and an egg

Directions:

Mash the banana

add and mix the egg well

add in a spoonful of your nut butter

i found it easier to flip them when i made a few small pancakes instead of one big one. Cook a few minutes on each side. and enjoy!
